Claire Steenbergen

 I am a native of Indianapolis and have always had an eye for design, even before I knew what it was called. At an eight year old kid, I would sketch a "space plan" to rearrange my room—proof that my love for transforming spaces has been with me since childhood. With a degree in marketing and a certification in interior design, I have learned to blend creativity with strategic thinking, making my approach to design both thoughtful and client-centered.

What I love most about my work is the opportunity to connect with designers and help them find the perfect products for their projects. As a manufacturer’s rep, I am able to bring my passion for design and marketing together by presenting products in a way that truly speaks to the needs of my clients. Whether I am meeting with residential designers or commercial teams, I thrive on being part of the creative process and supporting my clients in bringing their visions to life.

I am a big fan of lists—they help me stay organized and tackle each project with confidence.  This detail-oriented approach is applied to everything from residential design to my current work in commercial design, where my marketing background plays a key role in presenting products and ideas in ways that resonate with clients.

Outside of work, I am an avid cook and baker, always experimenting with new recipes. I enjoy quality time with my beloved puppy, Beans, as well as walks with my partner. Whether I am getting lost in a good book, spending time with friends and family, or indulging in my favorite reality TV shows, balancing hard work with downtime is essential. I am also a DIY enthusiast, always ready to take on a new home project, sometimes needing a little backup for the bigger tasks.
